Our RV sites are spacious and offer sewer, water and 50 AMP electric hookup. Most sites are 35 x 70 ft. Cable availibility is dependant on the site. Telephone is not available. We suggest a cellular phone. All RV's must have full hookup capability. RV check-in is 3:00 p.m.; check-out is 10:00 a.m. RV rentals can have a maximum of two (2) pets per site.
RVs on water lots must maintain a 10' setback. RVs on dry lots must maintain a 5' setback. All RVs must maintain a:
- 5' setback from the roadside
- 1' setback from the utility side
- 5'setback from the remaining side
RV slideouts must be 4' or less.
Not permitted as recreational vehicles are hybrids, tents, fold out campers, non commercial conversions of trailers, trucks, busses and any type of park model trailer.
A recreational vehicle and a transportation vehicle will be permitted only on units where no violation of setback limits or parking requirements will result.
No major appliance shall be located on the unit outside the RV except in a storage box.
For most sites we can offer a 10% discount for a stay of four weeks or longer.
